In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with ama788 or to use any of its services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ama788 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Residency. ama788's primary target market is Indonesia. To register, you must be an individual accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of ama788 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Member may hold only one registered account on ama788. Duplicate accounts — whether opened in the same name, with the same identity documents, the same payment method, or from the same device or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Personal Use Only. You may only open and operate an account on your own behalf. Accounts may not be opened or operated by a third party acting on your behalf, nor may you act as a third party for another person in opening or using an ama788 account.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Access to ama788 is not permitted from jurisdictions where the provision or receipt of online gaming services is illegal. ama788 reserves the right to block access or close accounts associated with prohibited jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Registration Process. To access ama788's paid services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your membership is truthful, accurate, and up to date. ama788 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ama788 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified ama788 of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

3.4 KYC Verification. ama788 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ama788 may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Communication. By registering, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from ama788 to the email address registered on your account. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on ama788 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions to or from ama788.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ama788 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change and may vary based on your account status and location.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. ama788 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of approval during operating hours (WIB 07:00–23:00 daily). VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing with a target time of under 5 minutes. ama788 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method and account tier.

4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any third-party claim. Deposits made from accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name may be refused and may trigger a KYC review. Any funds identified as originating from unauthorized payment methods will be frozen pending investigation.

4.7 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. ama788 may deduct any unmet bonus liability from a withdrawal request at its discretion.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified members in good standing who have made at least one qualifying deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or by using multiple payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

5.5 Promotional Changes. ama788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already incurred by members who have opted into a running promotion in good faith.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on ama788 are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These include rules for settlement of bets in the event of postponement, abandonment, result reversal, or data feed errors. ama788's sportsbook rules are published in the Help Center and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2 Mix Parlay and Asian Handicap Markets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are subject to additional rules governing partial voids, rule 4 deductions, and push outcomes. Members are advised to read the applicable market rules before placing combination bets.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). ama788 does not interfere with game outcomes. Disputes relating to game results must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant session by contacting support with your account details and game transaction ID.

6.4 Live Casino Rules. Live casino tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface before play commences. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the provider's settlement rules will apply. ama788 is not liable for outcomes caused by the Member's own internet connection failure.

6.5 Bet Acceptance and Refusal. ama788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where irregular betting patterns are detected. Members will be notified of any voided bets via their transaction history.

6.6 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Member. These limits are outlined in the sportsbook and casino rules sections of the platform and are subject to change. ama788 reserves the right to enforce payout limits regardless of the stated odds at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ama788 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using ama788 to layer, integrate, or conceal proceeds of unlawful activity. ama788 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format offered on the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between ama788 and other operators to generate risk-free profits, commonly referred to as "arbing".

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds already deposited and wagered on ama788. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ama788 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface design, software, odds data, written content, and game assets — is the property of ama788 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. ama788 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content.

11.1 Platform Availability. ama788 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond ama788's control may result in temporary unavailability. ama788 will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ama788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation — even if ama788 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where ama788 is found directly liable to a Member, ama788's aggregate liability to that Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Game Providers. ama788 is not liable for technical faults, incorrect outcomes, or service interruptions originating from third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). In such cases, the resolution process of the relevant provider will apply, and ama788 will cooperate in good faith to facilitate a fair outcome for affected Members.

11.5 Force Majeure. ama788 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other event of force majeure.

12.1 Termination by the Member. You may close your ama788 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used eligible payment method.

12.2 Termination by ama788. ama788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months.
• A decision by ama788 to cease operations in a particular market.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by ama788 — your license to use the platform is revoked immediately. ama788 may retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and internal compliance obligations. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall continue in full force and effect.

13.1 Right to Amend. ama788 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 13.2 Acceptance of Changes. Your continued use of the ama788 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.1.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ama788 is licensed to operate, as an internationally regulated online gaming platform.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ama788, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. ama788 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. 14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ama788 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
